DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS ACTIVITIES
All companies included in the Group are registered in Republic of Bulgaria. Their activities are targeted at different branches of the economy. The main business of LITEX COMMERCE JSC is trade with white refined sugar. Litex Transport ЕООD is focused on providing transport services within the country and abroad. Litexport JSC is involved mainly in scrap and herbs and Litex JSC is in the wholesale and retail trade with light and dark fuels and propane butane gas. Litshipping JSC Bourgas is focused on shipping and freights operation.
According to the consolidated profit and loss statements, the total revenues amount to BGN 329 491 000. From these - BGN 633 000 from sale of production, BGN 313 244 000 from sale of goods, BGN 8 203 000 from services and BGN 7 411 000 from other sources. The revenues are generated mainly from sale of white refined sugar by LITEX COMMERCE JSC and from sale of fuels by Litex JSC, and the revenues from services are generated by Litex Transport EOOD and Litshipping EOOD from providing transport and shipping services respectively.
The management considers that the future focus should be in continuing and further development of the sugar wholesale, fuels wholesale and retail, transport and shipment services and renting out of real estate.
