The Company was set up in 1990 in the city of Lovech as a limited liability company. After its expansion in 1999 the company was transformed into a joined stock entity. In 2002 the residence and registered address of LITEX COMMERCE were moved to the capital city of Sofia. The office address in the city of Lovech is 12 Targovska Street.
